Booking Terms & Conditions

Once we have received your enquiry we will advise you on availability and cost for your holiday dates.

A deposit of 40-55% of the total booking amount (payable by bank transfer) is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance of the total booking amount is payable 30 days before your arrival date.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay the total amount (deposit 100%) to confirm the booking. If you book before 1st January and choose to pay the total amount (deposit 100%) you will receive a 5% discount* off the total price.

* Bookings must be for more than 1 weeks’ stay or the total booking cost must be in excess of 850€.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in
At the time of confirming your booking please advise us of your arrival time at Rhodes airport, so that we will be able to know the approximate time of your arrival at the apartments.

Check-out
Please advise us of your return flight times and if you have a late departure and wish to keep your room (provided there is availability). This may incur an extra charge.

Late Check-out
If you would like a late check out please mention this in the comments when enquiring.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking and you booked with us before 1st of May any deposit received is non-refundable.

If your booking was made between 1st May and 31st October inclusive and you inform us of your cancellation at least 40 days before your arrival date, we will refund 50% of any deposit paid.

If you cancel your booking less than 40 days before your arrival date any deposit received is non-refundable.

Making changes to you booking

If want to change your booking dates for any reason ( during the same season not the season after) , you will not lose any deposit already paid. We will try our best to find you alternative dates for your stay depending on availability. If the room rates vary from the original booking dates, you simply pay the difference.
